30-minute Meditation Private Session
Each session includes Pranayama (breathing techniques) and a guided, personalised Meditation. Learn to calm your mind, focus and be mindful, breathe deeply and replenish yourself with prana – life energy.
All sessions are performed online and therefore location independent.

All sessions are performed remotely over Zoom. Other possibilities are Skype and FaceTime. If you prefer another online option, please include in the questionnaire during your sign-up.
You will receive a link to the Zoom session via email confirmation as soon as the service has been payed in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policies for Private Online Sessions:
● You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment.
● Cancellation less than 24 hours and up to 2 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the value of the service booked.
● Cancellation LESS than 2 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment or no show forfeits the service and fees are non-refundable.
● Should Bel Janela be unable to make it to the appointment, she will rebook a new appointment at your earliest convenience or issue a 100% refund.
